1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SalesTracker (salestracker.cc), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SalesTracker is a Shopify store intelligence platform that provides estimated traffic, revenue, and product data for Shopify stores. We offer both free tools and paid subscription plans (Pro) for access to extended data and features.

3. Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($14.9/month) or annually ($149.9/year) through LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the LemonSqueezy billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you retain access until then.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

5. Data Accuracy

All traffic, revenue, and product data provided by SalesTracker are estimates. They are generated by our proprietary analytics engine using publicly available data and AI-powered algorithms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Do not make business decisions based solely on our estimates without independent verification.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from our platform
• Resell, redistribute, or republish our data without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our estimation methodologies
• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

7. Intellectual Property

All content, data, design, and code on SalesTracker are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content except as expressly permitted. The SalesTracker name and logo are our trademarks.

8. Limitation of Liability

SalesTracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
