Overview
SalesTracker Pro is a digital service that provides instant access to premium data and analytics. Due to the nature of digital content, once accessed, it cannot be "returned", all sales are generally final.
We encourage you to explore our free tools and preview data before subscribing so you can make an informed decision.
General Policy
All Pro subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription is activated and premium content has been accessed. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you will have immediate access to paid features and data.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: If you were charged multiple times or billed incorrectly, we will refund the duplicate amount promptly.
- Persistent technical issues: If a critical platform issue prevents you from accessing paid features for an extended period and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period.
